Site Vehicle – Dismantle to Quote – Submit Quote – Appoint Assessor -Wait for approval – Receive Repair Authority – Order Parts – Begin Repair – Paint – Re-Assemble – Detail – Quality Control
Unfortunately there can be delays:
Insurance Company Delays – Allocation of assessors and approval of claims with some claims requiring a second and third approval processes by higher authorities.
Disputes – Sometimes claims are in dispute causing further delays.
Parts Availability – Parts for exotic cars often need to come from overseas and this may cause delays of up to 6 weeks or more depending on availability.
Once all insurance company and parts availability aspects are sorted, your vehicle goes straight into production to return it to its as new condition..
